Passport
Passports should be:
- Valid for at least the next 6 months from exit
- Two totally blank pages. One page is for the visa, the other is for the stamp(does not include the page reserved for “observations”.
Photograph
One recent (under 6 month old) passport photo taken against a white background.

Proof of Financial Means
- Evidence of available funds. This should be provided as: A copy of a recent bank statement showing a minimum credit balance of £40 per day of stay.

Multiple Entry Applicants
- Applicants requiring a multiple entry visa must submit the following additional document(s): A copy of the approval obtained from the Immigration Department and Applicants must enter Indonesia within three months of visa issuance to validate the visa
