#2. Requirements.
Passport
Passports should be:
- Valid for at least the next 6 months from exit
- Two totally blank pages. One page is for the visa, the other is for the stamp(does not include the page reserved for “observations”.
Photograph
- Digital Photo
- Under 3 Months old
Official Invite
- Must have the following
- A Formal Invitation is required from the company in Thailand.
- Must be on letterhead
- Full name of applicant as in passport
- Number of entries
- Purpose of Trip
- Signed
Original Letter from UK Employer
- This must be dated, signed and on Letterheaded paper. This must also be original. Please include the following
- purpose of trip
- what you do for the company
- how long is your trip for
- addressed to the embassy
- who’s paying for the trip

Thailand Company Business Licence
- Stamped by company
- signed by company official
Proof of Finance
- Bank Statement
- Payslips
